Billi Black is District Governor Elect

Franklin Daybreak Rotary is proud to announce Rotarian Billi Black has been installed as District Governor Elect for the 2015/2016 year. We would like to congratulate Billi Black for such a great honor.

Billi has been a Rotarian since 1998 and is a multiple Paul Harris Fellow, chairperson of the Paul Harris Society, a Past President of Franklin Daybreak Rotary and a member of the 2010 Friendship Exchange Team to District 3060 – India, the wheelchair distribution team to the Philippines in 2012.

If you join us at one of the meetings you will see how much Billi cares for Rotary and fellow Rotarians. She is without a doubt the perfect person to succeed Current District Governor Gary Bray in a few months.

Congratulations, Billi. No one has earned this more than you.

You will also notice the big trophy held by Club President Kristy Swafford. Franklin Daybreak Rotary won the District Award for Best Small Club.
